With over 20 years of experience across resources, technology, and professional services sectors, she specialises in organisational effectiveness and workplace culture development.
Prior to Vena Energy, Phoebe spent nearly 13 years at Rio Tinto in HR leadership positions, leading people strategy and cross-cultural engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management with dual specialisation in Human Resources and International Business from the University of Queensland.
