Jarryd joined Vena Energy in 2024, appointed as the Head of Finance in Australia.
He oversees the financial, commercial and strategic activities of the Australian business, whilst building strong partnerships to drive financial performance and help support Vena Energy’s long-term objectives.
With over 15 years of experience across diverse sectors including transport, aviation, telecommunications and professional services, Jarryd specialises in commercial finance, taxation and structuring, treasury, financial reporting and the transformation of finance functions.
Prior to Vena Energy, Jarryd led the commercial finance function at Volvo Group Australia, where he also completed a long-term assignment at the global headquarters in Sweden. He holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (CAANZ) and a Bachelor of Business specialising in Accountancy from Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
